Disney On Ice

This past weekend we took Madison to Disney Princess on ice. Her little eyes were glued to the ice skaters. She loved it all, but her favorites were when Mickey, Minnie and Tinkerbell when they would come out between the scenes. The Little Mermaid, they had all the fish glowing and she loved the sea witch. Snow white and the dwarfs, she thought the little men were so cute. And of course Cinderella which was the main show. The only thing was that my camera wasn't taking very good pictures :( but it was alot of fun and she said she can't wait to go again.

Happy Halloween

Madison was so excited to go treat or tricking this year that's all she could talk about. We usually hit a few friends houses and then hand out candy, but she wanted to trick or treat. We went around are neighborhood and had done a few blocks, Hunter was done so him and daddy went home to answer the door for the trick or treaters. Madison and I went 20 more minutes and then she was saying her bag was to full to carry and she had enough candy, so we went back home. She still had so much fun opening the door and handing out the candy. She would get so excited seeing all the kids dress up, and would run tell daddy what all the kids were.

Our cute little pirate and little pirate monkey!

Mommy's little monkey man!!

Miss Pirate

We went and did the annual Hutch's Parade walk. What it is for you who don't know, all the stores on main street give out candy and the kids walk down it going in and out of the stores. So Lehi has a tattoo place and earlier that day I bought Madison some stick on tattoos, so when we walked in the guy handing candy had a full sleeve of tattoos, and so told him,"look I have tattoos just like you," he laugh. I just though it was pretty funny!

Papa and Madison

Early that day we went to Aunt Ashley and did Carmel apples. Madison was such a good little helper. It was alot of fun!!
Nana and Madison

Madison started eating the apple before we got to dip it she thought it was pretty cool with a stick on it, and she said that it was easier to eat that way! :)

Our finished apples yummy!!

Preschool Party

So today Madison had her Preschool Halloween Party. She was so excited to see what all the other kids were going to be. I was excited, I got to help out with a Halloween game, pin the face on Frankenstein. The other two mothers read Halloween stories and made a popcorn witch hand. The kids had so much fun and are so cute.
Here are the kids in Madison's class.
Aspen, Madilyn, Madison, Lola, Cole, Lucy, Ryker E, Cade and Ryker P
These are Madison's best friends! Lola and Aspen, she is always talking about them!

My cute little pirate!!

Hunter was just so stinking cute in this picture, with his pumpkin hat playing with Madison's kitchen.

Carving Pumpkins

So these were the pumpkins we carved!! Of course, our pumpkins are, Scooby Doo and Sponge Bob. Ashley carved the headless horseman and Jack. Madison the whole time before we started carving keep saying how she wanted to help, as soon as she started pulling the pumpkin guts out she didn't want to help any more saying "I don't like how slimy it feels." So Ashley and I carved all the pumpkins by ourselves.

Happy Birthday Uncle Brett

Last Sunday we went over to my mom and dad's for dinner, and Brett's Birthday. My sister Ashley did such a great job on the cake!! We made the cake more for the kids than my brother I think. Madison loved it and loved helping Uncle Brett blow out the candles, (just fyi if you have a birthday cake plan on Madison blowing out the candles for you!) Uncle Brett and Madison

Gardner Village

We went last week to Gardner Village for are annual girls day, plus Hunter to see the witches. Madison loves it and thinks that she has to take pictures next to all the witches, which we almost did. Hunter is now official walking, so that was fun when he didn't want to say in the stroller and wanted to walk the whole time. So he did, and had to see and touch all the pumpkins they had. Madison got to meet the main witch and dance with her, she also got her face painted with the witch glitter.

After all the fun and eating at Archibald's, we headed back to my moms car, we got in and it wouldn't start, so thinking it was just the battery we had my Aunt jump the car, it worked. So off we went we are about 20 minutes from home and the car goes from 60 to 0, so we pulled off the freeway and then waited for my dad to bring a new battery. The kids actually did very good, Madison thought this was pretty cool watching all the cars fly by. My dad gets there and changes the battery. When we got home Madison reminded me that she didn't get to ride the horses and feed the animals and when I take her back to do that not to ride in Nana's car.

Hunter's Cozy Coupe

We finally got the Cozy Coupe put together, or should I say Steve finally got it together, either way Hunter loves it. Are driveway has a slight hill just enough for it to roll down by its self, so we put him in and down he rolled, he was laughing the whole time. I love how it has a handle on the back of it so easy to push him. That first day of being in it forever, when we got him out he was kicking and crying and grabbing for it to get back in. He sees it every time we get in the car and starts pointing and making trunk noises and wiggles trying to get out of my arms to get in. Thank you Aunts for such a cute toy.

Dance Class

Madison also started dance this week, she has been so excited to go!! The dance studio that she goes to is so cute, of course I forgot my camera to take pictures of it, but it has little metals flowers all along the room and painted so cute, and what is really nice is in the back of the room there is a 2 way mirror where parents can watch the children dance so smart. The class she is taking is Ballet/Jazz/Tumbling, she is there with 8 others girls. It was so cute, when I was taking her in to the class, she goes where are all the boys?? I told her that not many boys take dance, she was thinking this was like preschool. When she got out she had her big smile on her face, and said that dance without boys is alot more fun!!

These last couple post have been all about Madison. So here's and update on my little man. He is still NOT walking, I think that is because he can get around so fast crawling, he knows when he walks it is 10 times slower, because we know he can and he will take 5-6 steps alone then he just drops to the ground and starts crawling. What a stinker!! Hunter eats everything and sometimes more than Madison eats. He loves all kinds of trunks, especially the noisy ones, they have been working down are street and from Hunters window you can see them, he will stare out the window and make trunk noises it's so cute!! His favorite thing to do is BANG on everything, the other day he was banging so hard on are entertainment stand there is about 40 dings in it :) :) In the picture below is his a banging tool, instead of doing the peg board puzzle he takes them out and bangs. But we still love him!!

The Dentist

Madison had her first dentist appointment this week. When we arrived she was so excited, we had just watch a couple weeks ago Jon & Kate plus 8, when they took the kids to the dentist and how they got to pick out all kinds of flavors for toothpaste, Madison couldn't wait. She hop up in the chair where they first took pictures of her teeth, it would pop up on the computer screen as soon as they took the picture, she thought that was pretty cool. They then showed her how all of the different tools they used work, and then she got to pick out the toothpaste that they would be using, of course it was bubblegum because it was pink!! Then they started cleaning and she did so good she didn't move a muscle. Dr. Brooks came in and said she had perfect teeth and a beautiful smile, she got to pick out and new toothbrush, toothpaste and get a prize. I am so proud of her and glad she wasn't like they other children there, that was crying and fussing. She is such a BIG GIRL!!

1st day of Preschool

Today was Madison first day of preschool. She was pretty excited. We had to wake up bright and early to get ready for preschool. Which I thought it started at 9am, but it actually started at 9:30am opps! Steve and I walk Madison to the door and once she was in, she pretty much didn't notice us. We took a few pictures of her and Miss Hollie, and then she was back to playing with the other kids :( I can't believe how big she is getting.
I pick her back up at 12pm, and she had so much to say on the way home, her new friends are Aspen, Lola, Lucy & Madeline all girls. She told me that the boy in the blue shirt and the boy in the white shirt had to go to timeout because they were being to loud. So cute, she said that she was a good girl and listen to Miss Hollie.

What a cute little girl!! She is holding her little tot bag the teacher made her!!

Miss Hollie & Madison

I think Daddy was more sad to leave his little Madison than Madison was to leave us!!

What a day, when I put her to bed tonight she was excited to go to preschool tomorrow, I told her she only goes Tuesday and Thursday so was sad that she doesn't get to go every day.

Zoo Time

So this summer the kids have been early risers (7:30ish) to early for me. So today we took the kids to the zoo, we woke up early to get ready and what do the kids do today they slept till 9am and it probably would have been even later if we didn't wake them. But, I am going to bet that tomorrow since I have nothing planned and can sleep in, they will be early risers!!
I do make Hunter's bed, but the milk cup spilled all over his bed on the afternoon nap, and I didn't get it washed before bed. This is 9am :) He is sound asleep, with drool all over.

Sleeping is what Steve and I should have been doing to, but we didn't think they would sleep in. Madison came in are room this morning we thought she would wake up shortly after, nope!

Hunter and Madison on the Croc!!

My little turtle

We call him spider boy, because he has been finding spiders and eating them, so I thought this picture was perfect!

Madison and Daddy on the carousel, she was so excited to get the zebra.

We had a blast at the zoo again, and it wasn't to hot.
